What happens when we recieve your recycled products.
Below is an outline and understanding of the processes the
collected waste goes through to create quality recycled
plastic products. Plastic is handled individually in each
state to eliminate unnecessary pollution caused by transportation
and to minimise the use of petrol/diesel fuels.
1. Sorting
The empty cartridges and toner bottles are cleaned,
dis-assembled and then stored by polymer type

2. Granulating
Plastics of the same type are granulated together and
the granules are stored, ready for shipping to different
moulding facilities. |
3. Moulding
The Moulding process is outsourced to several plastic
moulding companies, each supplier specialising in specific
products and moulding techniques. |

4. Products made from Recycled
Plastic
A great range of quality recycled plastic products are
produced. Products range from seats benches and park
furniture, to signage, bins, drinking fountains and
pool tables. See the "Recycled Products" section
for more information |
5. Other Waste Recycled Partners
Other components like aluminium drums, PCR, magnetic
roller, screws, washers and other small components are
reused in other applications.
Nadrasca removes the gears from the drum prior to
the drums being sent to the metal scrap yard.
